Highly Recommend Sean Walsh May 4, 2024

I had an unusual DUI case in CdA in 2020, and Sean Walsh represented me. He is an excellent listener, so understood the unusual nature of the case. I sat with him while we did a court 'appearance' via telephone. Sean suggested going the route of a withheld judgment, and the prosecutor went along. Sean is excellent in working with the legal system, and I am certain he has a good reputation within it. He explained options clearly. Everything went well in complying with the court demands, and I assumed it was all over by late 2021. However, Washington State DOL finally learned of it, and wanted to impose a suspension, ignition interlock, and 3 years of expensive insurance in early April of 2024 - to go into effect May 4. I contacted Jessica of Sean's team, and she worked quickly to file an affidavit of compliance with the Idaho court, and then quickly passed on the filed action removing the guilty plea. Washington DOL gave me an administrative hearing via telephone on April 24, and agreed to wait a few days to allow Idaho Licensing to produce a 'negate' order based on the court action. This all fell into place on May 3. I would have faced a number of 'not fun' penalties on May 4 if Sean's team, the court, and Idaho licensing had not been helpful and quick-acting. I highly recommend Sean Walsh.
